=> For these questions: the problem comes from the flash plug-in that is not (or incorrectly) installed on your computer. Suggestion: Reinstall it or install a newer version. Ask Customer Service to explain the handling if necessary.


"When I click on Play, nothing happens / no windows open"
=> for this question: the problem comes from an anti pop-up that you installed (sometimes unknowingly) on your computer. You must deactivate it to be able to Play our games. In addition, an anti pop-up is often included in Google, Yahoo, MSN...etc. "bars". Here again, you must disable this specific function (without deleting your "bar").


"I have done all the manipulations proposed by Customer Service but it still doesn't work"
=> the mysteries of computing... in 90% of cases the change of internet browser is the ultimate solution to solve everything! for example, if you use Internet Explorer, download Firefox, and vice versa (these programs are free).
