I had the problem with online credit purchases plus Friday. My internet plus account was debited 3 times 10 Euros and I had no credit !!!!!! each time, I was told that there was a problem π I
immediately informed SFR who reimbursed me 2 times 10 Euros, but there are still 10 Euros debited and for which I did not get a credit !!! where did those 10 Euros go? π‘ I immediately notified customer service and I still don't have any answers from them this Monday at 1pm...
