Fine, frothy flowers like froth were
growing along our paths
The wind was dropping and the air seemed to graze your hands
and your hair with feathers.

The shadow was benevolent at our feet gathered
As we walked along, under the foliage;
A child's song came to us from a village
and filled all the infinity.

Our ponds spread out in their autumn
splendour Under the guard of the long reeds
And the beautiful wooden front reflected in the waters
