I had found the solution to the riddle for the secret city of October (bangkok), yet I didn't get any clicks in the la Grille Cadeaux. Did I miss something?

We talked about it on the muro. muro to muro for several days. The first 200 wins one click. If you clicked on October 16 or later, you may not be in the top 200. And for the month of November, if you haven't made a proposal yet, I'm afraid it's too late for the first 200.
