hello, the same for me, a lot of Bugs in the games, error 0, -1 etc ... the games hang in the middle (ex in lettrix, the game hangs but the minutes keep scrolling), slow to load etc... ; in MadWin , I can't Play on certain games: ex treasure from Old Jack . I was wondering if it was from my pc but as I play on other sites where I don''t have these problems, so I think it is indeed the sites. I know that we get compensation when we report it but when it's too often we no longer dare. Have a lovely day everybody
I advise you to write to our customer service department explaining in detail what happened. In addition, they will offer you compensation for these lost Rounds.
