Hi there,
If anyone has experienced the same thing please reply.
At the beginning of November, I bet 641,900 Spelpoäng ( MadWin ) for a Wire for €50 - my Spelpoäng were deducted from my account but my registration was never made. Despite several messages, no response from MadWin .
AND of course the draw took place in the meantime but my Spelpoäng were never credited to me.
